Helping LettingWeb adapt in the face of a global pandemic through an automated and remote solution to build and sign leases
The global pandemic and subsequent isolation meant that Letting Web needed to quickly adapt how they worked so their Letting Agents could get leases signed when people were unable to come into their office to sign.
Existing solutions such as Adobe Sign or DocuSign offered some options for Letting Web, but these required a lot of manual work in sourcing and filling out all the details of the agreement and also resulted in the lease being stored in a third-party tool.
ClearSky Logic was brought in to bridge this gap and provide a way for leases to be easily built and signed remotely. While they had a talented in-house team of specialists, they needed more hands-on-deck and specialist skill sets in order to plan out and complete this quickly.
ClearSky Logic came in, and built a new tool on the platform that Letting Web used already, called Lease Builder. It was built to simply put together a new lease by taking data from existing tenant enquiries which are stored on their platform.
The global pandemic meant LettingWeb needed to quickly adapt how they worked so letting agents could get leases signed when people were unable to come into the office to sign.
This new streamlined process allows LettingWeb to save time on manual admin work and create leases remotely from anywhere now and in the future.
The dynamic and automated aspects of the Lease Builder helped LettingWeb continue operating during the pandemic.
