Join ClearSky Logic’s Special Ops team, where we solve complex software challenges for our clients. We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst who can dive deep into requirements, drive change, and ensure the smooth delivery of impactful software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workshopping: Organise and lead collaborative workshops to capture comprehensive requirements, engaging stakeholders and our Special Ops squad to gather diverse perspectives.
- Change Management: Collaborate with Project Managers to assess change requests, ensuring alignment with project scope while analysing their impact on timelines and resources.
- User Story Development: Write clear and actionable user stories that effectively communicate business needs to our development team, prioritising them based on business value.
- Process Mapping: Develop workflows and diagrams that outline current and future processes, providing clarity on the software development journey.
- Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Work with Project Managers to identify potential risks, evaluate their impact, and devise proactive mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance Collaboration: Partner with the QA team to define acceptance criteria and testing requirements, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement within the BA workflow, helping our Special Ops team deliver more efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in tech-focused or software-driven environments.
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for critical thinking.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and effectively engaging stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage change requests and understand their impact on project scope and resources.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and quality assurance practices.
- Experience driving process improvements and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Experience with Azure DevOps and diagramming tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
