Your Mission
As a Junior–Mid QA Tester, you'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team working on exciting digital products. You’ve got some experience under your belt, but you’re still hungry to learn more – especially when it comes to automation. You’ll support manual and exploratory testing efforts, document and report bugs, and take ownership of your testing activities. You'll also start dipping your toes into automation by maintaining test repositories, with plenty of support from the team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data
- Execute manual tests across web and mobile platforms
- Log and track defects, participate in triage meetings
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
- Maintain existing automated tests (training provided)
- Get involved in continuous improvement of QA processes
- Learn from experienced testers while developing your technical and analytical skills
- Take part in daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies
What You Bring to the Table
- 1–2 years experience in QA or software testing
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (like Jira) and test management tools (e.g. TestRail)
- Understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Exposure to or interest in automation frameworks
- Strong communication and a keen eye for detail
- Enthusiasm for learning and being part of a supportive, high-quality team
