Your Role:
- Software Architecture & Design: Lead the architectural and design efforts, ensuring robust, scalable solutions that reflect our Special Ops ethos.
- Product Roadmapping Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to develop and implement clear product roadmaps, aligning with strategic goals.
- Technical Leadership: Elevate our team's capabilities through knowledge sharing, setting high standards, and establishing best practices.
- Frontend Innovation: Harness the power of React to deliver engaging and impactful user experiences, continuously integrating the latest technologies.
- Performance Optimization: Spearhead efforts to enhance platform performance and user experience across a variety of devices and browsers.

We're Looking For Someone With:
- A minimum of 3 years in frontend development, specializing in React.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and eagerness to adopt new frontend technologies.
- Advanced understanding of React, Formik, Redux, Material Design, Tailwind CSS
- Interest in exploring Vue.js, Svelte, or Flutter/Dart is a plus.
