Business Development Manager

Lead the Charge as ClearSky Logic’s New Business Development Manager!

The Details You Need

Location: Edinburgh-based, hybrid working style. Expect face time with clients across the central belt and beyond.

Salary: £60,000-£70,000 (DOE), plus uncapped commission incentives and a 10% company bonus.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

We’re seeking a Commercial Accounts Manager with expertise in selling team augmentation services to enterprise-level organisations. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill sales gig – this is about targeting businesses with established tech teams and showing them the power of ClearSky Logic’s squad-based solutions.

You’ll join our Commercial team of visionaries and game-changers, supported by an innovative marketing squad and partnerships programme that’s got your back. This is your chance to win big, lead your space, and make an impact on businesses that need us the most.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Seek out businesses with established tech teams and identify where our augmentation services can shine.
  • Design and deliver tailored squad-based solutions that meet and exceed client needs.
  • Tap into your existing networks to build relationships with decision-makers in target industries.
  • Develop strategies that allow us to stand out from the competition, you’ll be meeting, greeting and understanding our customer's most complex challenges.
  • Provide insights and thought leadership, positioning ClearSky Logic as a must-have partner.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven track record of success selling team augmentation services or similar solutions (bonus points for experience with technical consultancies).
  • A strong grasp of organisational structures and team dynamics within tech-driven businesses.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills – you’re the kind of person decision-makers remember.

  • Experience targeting mid-level to large enterprises.
  • A background in tech, software, or B2B sales – that’s a big win.
